١٤٠٧٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن موسى بن عقبة عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: لا إحصار إلا من عدو (١).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says: Only the one whom the enemy prevents will be considered as Muhsar.
