من رخص (في) الوضوء بماء البحرThose Who Permit Wudu with Sea Water
Hadith 1391
١٣٩١ - حدثنا ابن علية عن أيوب عن أبي يزيد المدني قال: (حدثني) (١) أحد الصيادين قال: لما قدم عمر أمير المؤمنين (الجار) (٢) يتعاهد طعام الرزق، قال: ⦗٢٧٧⦘ قلت: يا أمير المؤمنين إنا نركب أرماثنا هذه، فنحمل معنا الماء (للشفة) (٣) فيزعم أناس أن ماء البحر لا يطهر! فقال: وأي ماء أطهر منه (٤).
A fisherman says that once the Commander of the Faithful, Hazrat Umar, came to the place of Jaar. I said, "O Commander of the Faithful! We board our boats and take a little water with us for drinking. People think that the water of the sea does not purify." Hazrat Umar replied, "Which water can be purer than this?"
