Hadith 13701
١٣٧٠١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن خصيف عن مقسم عن ابن عباس قال: ﴿فَلَا رَفَثَ﴾ (١): الجماع، ﴿وَلَا فُسُوقَ﴾: المعاصي، ﴿وَلَا جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِ﴾ [البقرة: ١٩٧]: قال: تماري صاحبك حتى (تغضبه) (٢) (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that by "la rafath" is meant sexual intercourse, and by "wa la fusooq" is meant other sinful acts, and by "wa la jidal fil hajj" is meant that you should not argue with your companion to such an extent that he becomes angry.
