١٣٧٠٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحكم وحماد (قالا) (١): سألنا إبراهيم عن رجل أخذ بيده فرخًا (وهو محرم) (٢)، قال: (فأراد) (٣) أن يَرُدَّهُ فمات، فقال: هو ضامن.
Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad state that we asked Ibrahim: If a person caught the chicks of a bird and then intended to return them, but the chicks died, he replied that the person is liable for those chicks.
