Hadith 13460
١٣٤٦٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا حفص بن غياث عن يحيى بن سعيد عن سعيد ابن المسيب (١) قال: من اعتمر في أشهر الحج، ثم رجع، فليس بمتمتع، (ذاك) (٢) (من) (٣) أقام ولم يرجع (فهو متمتع) (٤).
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib says that whoever performs Umrah during the months of Hajj and then returns, he will not be counted among those performing Hajj Tamattu, but whoever stays there after performing Umrah, he is a Mutamatti.
