في الرجل يبعث بهديه ويقيم (أ) يجب عليه الإحرام أم لا؟If someone sends a hady (sacrificial animal) but remains resident, does he have to don ihram?
Hadith 13144
١٣١٤٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا غندر (عن سعيد) (١) عن قتادة عن الحسن أنه كان يفتي بذلك ويقول: لا يمسك (عن شيء (مما) (٢) يمسك) (٣) (عنه) (٤) المحرم.
Hasan gives this same verdict and says that he will not abstain from any of those things from which a person in the state of ihram refrains.
