في الرجل يبعث بهديه ويقيم (أ) يجب عليه الإحرام أم لا؟If someone sends a hady (sacrificial animal) but remains resident, does he have to don ihram?
Hadith 13143
١٣١٤٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا غندر عن سعيد عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب قال: من بعث بهديه فإنه لا يمسك عن شيء مما يمسك (عنه) (١) المحرم إلا ليلة جمع، فإنه يمسك عن النساء.
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib says that whoever sends a sacrificial animal (Hadi), he does not need to abstain from any of those things from which a pilgrim (Muhrim) abstains, except that he should stay away from his wife on the night of Muzdalifah.
