في الرجل يبعث بهديه ويقيم (أ) يجب عليه الإحرام أم لا؟If someone sends a hady (sacrificial animal) but remains resident, does he have to don ihram?
Hadith 13142
١٣١٤٢ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (ثنا) (١) غندر (عن سعيد) (٢) عن قتادة عن ⦗٤١٧⦘ أنس أنه كان يبعث بالهدي ثم لا يمسك عن شيء مما يمسك (عنه) (٣) المحرم] (٤) (٥).
Hazrat Anas sent a sacrificial animal and did not abstain from any of the things from which a person in the state of Ihram abstains.
