في الرجل يبعث بهديه ويقيم (أ) يجب عليه الإحرام أم لا؟If someone sends a hady (sacrificial animal) but remains resident, does he have to don ihram?
Hadith 13141
١٣١٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن الأسود (١) عن عائشة (قالت) (٢): كنت أفتل القلائد لهدي رسول اللَّه ﷺ، فيقلد هديه ثم يبعث به ثم يقيم لا يجتنب (٣) شيئًا (مما) (٤) (يجتنب المحرم) (٥) (٦).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I twisted the rope of the garlands for the sacrificial animals of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) put the garland on the sacrificial animal and sent it, but he himself remained a resident (did not go for Hajj or Umrah), and he did not avoid any of those things from which a pilgrim in the state of Ihram abstains.
