Hadith 13133
١٣١٣٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا حفص عن ليث عن مجاهد وعطاء عن ابن عباس قال: من جلل أو قلد فقد وجب عليه الإحرام (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says that when the garland was put on the sacrificial animal, then Ihram became obligatory upon it.
