المظاهر عن أمته أيعتقها؟If someone does zihar with a slave woman, can he free her?
Hadith 13026
١٣٠٢٦ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن جويبر (عن) (١) الضحاك في الظهار من الأمة إذا لم يجد ما يعتق ولم يستطع الصوم فأراد أن يتزوجها جعل عتقها مهرها، فكان عتقها كفارة الظهار، وكانت امرأته.
Hazrat Dahhak says that if a person pronounces zihar on a slave woman and does not find any slave, etc., to free for expiation, nor has the strength to fast, and he intends to marry that slave woman, then he should make her freedom her dowry and free her as expiation for zihar; she will become his wife.
