المظاهر عن أمته أيعتقها؟If someone does zihar with a slave woman, can he free her?
Hadith 13025
١٣٠٢٥ - حدثنا زيد (بن) (١) (الحباب) (٢) عن ابن لهيعة عن خالد بن أبي عمران قال: سألت القاسم وسالمًا عن رجل ظاهر من أمته فلم يجد ما يعتق أيعتقها؟ قالا: نعم.
Hazrat Khalid bin Abi Imran says that I asked Hazrat Qasim and Hazrat Salim: If a person has made zihar (a form of divorce) from his slave woman and he does not have any slave, etc., whom he can set free, can he set that same slave woman free? They replied: Yes.
