Hadith 12999
١٢٩٩٩ - حدثنا ابن مهدي عن حماد بن سلمة عن قيس بن (سعد) (١) عن عطاء عن ابن عباس في رجل قال: عليّ هدي. قال: لا أقل من شاة (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that if a person says, "It is obligatory upon me to offer Hadi," then he should not send less than a goat.
