١٢٩٩٧ - حدثنا ابن علية عن يونس عن الحسن أنه قال: في الرجل يقول: عليَّ هدي أو عليَّ نذر قال: يمين.
Hasan says that if a person says, "I have a Hadi (sacrificial animal) upon me," or "I have made a vow," then this is an oath.
