Hadith 12895
١٢٨٩٥ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم عن أبي (الشعثاء) (١) عن علقمة، وأصحاب عبد اللَّه أنهم قالوا في الرجل إذا آلى من امرأته ثم (أتاها) (٢) قبل أن (يبر) (٣) يمينه، (قال: يكفر يمينه) (٤).
Hazrat Alqamah and Hazrat Abdullah's companions say that when a person makes *ila* (an oath of abstinence) from his wife, and then returns to her before the completion of the oath period, he will pay the expiation for his oath.
