Hadith 12834
١٢٨٣٤ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن عبد اللَّه بن سعيد عن جده عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "إياكم والنذر فإن اللَّه لا ينعم (نعمة) (١) على الرشا، وإنما هو شيء يستخرج به من البخيل" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Beware of vows, for surely Allah Almighty does not grant bounty to those who give bribes; indeed, it is only a means of extracting something from a miser.
