الرجل يقول: علي المشي إلى البيت، ولا يقول: علي نذر مشي إلى بيت الله (أو) إلى الكعبة، هل يلزمه ذلك؟If someone says: 'I must walk to the House of Allah' but does not explicitly vow to walk to the Ka'bah, is anything required of him?
Hadith 12822
١٢٨٢٢ - حدثنا أبو أسامة قال: حدثنا عبيد اللَّه بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر في الرجل يقول: عليّ المشي إلى الكعبة قال: هذا نذر، فليمش (١).
It was asked from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), a person says, "It is obligatory upon me to walk towards the Ka'bah." He replied, "This is a vow; he should walk on foot."
