Hadith 12784

١٢٧٨٤ - قال: (و) (١) قال الشعبي يصل رحمه ولا يكفر يمينه، ولو أمرته أن يكفر يمينه، أمرته أن يتم على قوله.
12784 - He said: (and) (1) Al-Sha'bi said: He maintains his ties of kinship and does not break his oath, and if I were to command him to break his oath, I would command him to persist in his statement.
