ما قالوا: في الرجل يهدي ماله أو غلامهIf someone gifts a house or a slave
Hadith 12748
١٢٧٤٨ - حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن الحكم عن إبراهيم قال: إذا قال: هو يهدي سارية من سوراي المسجد، يهدي قيمتها أو ثمنها، فإن لم يجد أهدى ما بلغ ماله وكفر (يمينه) (١).
Ibrahim says that if a person says that a gift has been given for the pillars of the mosque, then its price or value will be given as a gift, and if he does not find that, then whatever wealth reaches him, he should give that as a gift and offer expiation for his oath.
