ما قالوا: في الرجل يهدي ماله أو غلامهIf someone gifts a house or a slave
Hadith 12740
١٢٧٤٠ - حدثنا عبد الرحيم عن عبد الملك عن عطاء في الرجل يهدي داره إلى بيت اللَّه قال: يبيعها ويبعث ثمنها إلى مكة، أو ينطلق (يتصدق) (١) به بمكة، أو يشتري ذبائح فيذبحها بمكة، ويتصدق بها.
Hazrat Ata was asked that a person has donated his house for Baitullah. He replied: Sell this house and send its money to Makkah, or he himself should come and give its amount in charity in Makkah Mukarramah, or buy animals with it and slaughter them in Makkah, and give their meat in charity.
