Hadith 12737
١٢٧٣٧ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: أخبرنا (هشام) (١) عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: إذا قال الرجل للرجل وله عليه مال: إن لم تقضني يوم كذا وكذا فهو عليك صدقة، فليس بشيء، (وإذا قال) (٢): وإن لم تعطني إلى يوم كذا وكذا فهو (في) (٣) المساكين صدقة، فهو كما قال.
Ibrahim says that when a person says to another, "He owes me money, if you do not pay me by such-and-such day, then it will be charity upon you," then it is nothing. But if he says, "If you do not give it to me by such-and-such day, then it will be charity for the poor," then it will be as he said.
