١٢٧٢٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا قال الرجل: أقسمت أو (شهدت) (١) (أو حلفت) (٢) ولم يقل باللَّه، فليس بشيء.
Hasan says that when a person says, "I swear" or "I bear witness," and does not mention the name of Allah, then there is nothing upon him.
