Hadith 12723
١٢٧٢٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا أبو الأحوص عن إبراهيم بن مهاجر عن إبراهيم قال: إذا قال الرجل: أقسمت عليك، فليس بشيء، فإذا قال: أقسم (عليك) (١) باللَّه، فهي كفارة يمين.
Ibrahim says that when a person says, "I make you swear," then there is nothing upon him, and when he says, "You are made to swear by the name of Allah," then this is an expiation for an oath.
