من قال: القسم يمين يكفرIf an oath is a yamin, expiation is due
Hadith 12721
١٢٧٢١ - حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن عاصم عن (بكر) (١) قال: إذا أقسم ⦗٣٠٩⦘ الرجل على الرجل فأحنثه فالإثم على الذي أحنثه، لأنه إنما أقسم عليه (ثقة) (٢) به.
Hazrat Bakr says that when a person makes someone take an oath and then causes him to break it, the sin will be upon the one who caused him to break it, because when he made him take the oath, he trusted him.
