Hadith 12718
١٢٧١٨ - حدثنا حدثنا هشيم عن منصور عن الحسن قال: كان لا يرى عليه كفارة إذا أقسم على غيره فأحنثه قال] (١): إلا أن يقسم هو، فإذا أقسم هو فحنث فعليه الكفارة.
Hasan says that when a person makes someone else swear an oath, and then that person breaks the oath, there is no expiation upon him, unless he himself swears the oath. Then, when he swears the oath and breaks it, expiation is due upon him.
