Hadith 12716
١٢٧١٦ - حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل أقسم على رجل فأحنثه قال: أحب إليّ أن يكفر يمينه.
Ibrahim says that if a person makes another person swear an oath and then causes him to break that oath, he said: I prefer that he should pay the expiation for his oath.
