Hadith 12675
١٢٦٧٥ - حدثنا كثير بن هشام عن جعفر بن برقان عن ميمون قال: سمعته يقول: إن اللَّه تعالى يقسم (بما شاء من خلقه، وليس لأحد أن يقسم إلا) (١) باللَّه ومن أقسم (باللَّه) (٢) فلا يكذب.
Hazrat Maymoon states that indeed Allah Almighty has distributed among His creation whatever He willed, and it is not permissible for any person to swear by other than Allah, and whoever swears by Allah should not swear a false oath.
