Hadith 12657
١٢٦٥٧ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم قال: سمعته يقول: إذا ضُربت المرأة وألقت جنينًا (فإن) (١) صاحبه يعتق.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I heard from Hazrat Hakam that if a woman is beaten and as a result she gives birth to a stillborn child (dead baby), then the one who beat her must free a slave.
