Hadith 12459
١٢٤٥٩ - حدثنا وكيع ثنا (بن) (١) أبي رواد ثنا شريك عن الحجاج بن دينار قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "إن من البر (بعد البر) (٢) أن تصلي (عليهما) (٣) مع صلاتك وأن تصوم عنهما مع صيامك وأن تصدّق عنهما مع صدقتك" (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Hajjaj bin Dinar that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Surely, the virtue after virtue is that you perform prayer along with your own prayer on behalf of your parents, and fast on their behalf along with your own fast, and give charity on their behalf along with your own charity.
