Hadith 12455
١٢٤٥٥ - حدثنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث عن حماد بن سلمة عن عاصم عن (١) (أبي) (٢) صالح عن أبي هريرة عن النبي ﷺ قال: "إن الرجل ليرقى الدرجة فيقول: ما هذا؟ فيقال: باستغفار ولدك من بعدك لك" (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Surely, a person's rank (in Paradise) is elevated, and he asks, "How did this happen?" It is said to him, "This is because of the seeking of forgiveness by your son for you after you."
