١٢٣٢٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم وحمادًا: أيهما أحق بالصلاة على الجنازة؟ فقال الحكم: الأخ.
Hazrat Sha’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hakam and Hazrat Hammad: Who has more right to lead the funeral prayer of a woman? Hazrat Hakam says that the Imam has more right; if both the Imam and the brother are present, then the guardian (wali) has more right, and after that, the husband has more right.
