Hadith 12061
١٢٠٦١ - حدثنا إسماعيل بن علية عن عبد اللَّه بن أبي بكر قال: كان أنس بن مالك إذا سوى على الميت قبره قام عليه فقال: اللهم عبدك رد إليك (فارأف) (١) به وارحمه، اللهم جاف الأرض عن جنبيه، وافتح أبواب السماء لروحه، وتقبله منك بقبول حسن، اللهم إن كان محسنًا فضاعف (له في) (٢) إحسانه، أو قال: فزد في إحسانه وإن كان مسيئًا فتجاوز عنه (٣).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abi Bakr narrates that Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), after leveling the soil over the deceased following burial, would stand over it and supplicate: "O Allah, if he was a doer of good, then double his good deeds (or he would say) increase his good deeds, and if he was a wrongdoer, then pardon him."
