Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Qais narrates that Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz used to prohibit gatherings at the house of the deceased and used to say that on one hand, they are suffering from grief and on the other hand, they have to bear a penalty.
