Hazrat Alqamah bin Murtad narrates from the family of Abu Musa Ash'ari that when he came to Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him, "Why have you come? Have you come to inquire about my health?" He replied, "I did not know that anyone among you was ill." Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Why not? Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) is ill." Then Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever visits a sick person in the morning, seventy thousand angels pray for his forgiveness until evening, and whoever visits a sick person in the evening, seventy thousand angels pray for his forgiveness until morning."
