Hadith 11146
١١١٤٦ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن الحكم عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى قال: جاء أبو موسى إلى الحسن بن علي يعوده وكان شاكيًا فقال له علي: ⦗٤٣٨⦘ عائدًا جئت أم شامتًا؟ فقال: لا بل (عائدًا) (١)، فقال له علي: (أما إذ) (٢) جئت عائدًا (فإني) (٣) سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول: "من (أتى) (٤) أخاه (المسلم) (٥) يعوده مشى في (خرافة) (٦) الجنة حتى يجلس، فإذا جلس غمرته الرحمة، وإن كان (غدوة) (٧) صلى عليه سبعون ألف ملك حتى (يمسي) (٨)، وإن كان مساءً صلى عليه سبعون ألف ملك حتى يصبح" (٩).
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abi Laila narrates that Hazrat Abu Musa came to visit Hazrat Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) when he was feeling discomfort due to illness. Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: Have you come to inquire about his health or to rejoice at another’s misfortune? He replied: No, rather I have come to inquire about his health. Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: If you have come to inquire about his health, then I myself heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever comes to visit a Muslim who is ill, he walks among the fruits (gardens) of Paradise until he sits down. When he sits, mercy covers him. If he comes in the morning, seventy thousand angels pray for his forgiveness until evening, and if he comes in the evening, seventy thousand angels pray for his forgiveness until morning.
