في الخمر (تعشر) أم لا؟Is Ushr Taken on Wine?
Hadith 11110
١١١١٠ - حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن إبراهيم بن عبد الأعلى عن سويد بن (غفلة) (١) أن عمال عمر كتبوا إليه في شأن الخنازير والخمر يأخذونها في الجرية فكتب عمر أن ولوها أربابها (٢). (تم كتاب الزكاة (بحمد اللَّه تعالى)) (٣) (٤)
It is narrated from Hazrat Suwaid bin Ghaflah that the officials of Hazrat Umar asked Hazrat Umar regarding pigs and wine, whether they should accept jizya on them or not? Hazrat Umar wrote in reply that if their owners appoint someone as their guardian.
