Hadith 11084
١١٠٨٤ - حدثنا وكيع عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن الشعبي أن رجلًا وجد في (خربة) (١) ألفًا وخمسمائة، فأتى عليًا فقال: أد (خمسها) (٢) ولك ثلاثة أخماسها وسنطيب لك الخمس الباقي (٣).
It is narrated from Imam Shabi that a man found fifteen hundred (dirhams) in a deserted place. He brought them to Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). Hazrat Ali said: Pay its khums, and three-fifths of it are for you. And soon we will purify the remaining khums for you.
