Hadith 11026
١١٠٢٦ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم عن الحسن بن مسلم المكي قال: بعث عمر بن الخطاب رجلًا من ثقيف على الصدقة، فرآه بعد ذلك اليوم فقال: ألا أراك (ولك) (١) (كأجر) (٢) المغازي في سبيل اللَّه (٣).
Hazrat Hasan bin Muslim al-Makki narrates that Hazrat Umar Farooq sent a person from Banu Thaqif to collect charity (sadaqat), then afterwards he saw him and said to him: Do you not see that for you also there is a reward equal to that of a warrior (ghazi) in the path of Allah?
