١٠٩٩٩ - حدثنا أبو معاوية وابن نمير عن الأعمش عن الحكم عن عبد الرحمن ابن أبي ليلى (١) بمثله ولم يرفعه.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that by the upper hand is meant the hand that refrains from asking.
