ما قالوا في (المال) (إذا كان يؤدي) زكاته فليس (بكنز)Wealth on which zakah has been paid is not considered hoarded (kanz)
Hadith 10822
١٠٨٢٢ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن عطية عن ابن عمر قال: "وجد لرجل عشرة الآف بعد موته مدفونة، قال: فقالوا: هذا (كنز) (١) ما كان يؤدي زكاته فقال ابن عمر: لعله كان يؤدى عنها من غيرها (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that after a man died, a treasure of ten thousand dirhams (buried) was found. People said, "This is the treasure on which zakat was not paid." Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) said, "It is possible that he used to pay its zakat from other wealth."
