Hadith 10489
١٠٤٨٩ - حدثنا كثير بن هشام قال: (ثنا) (١) هشام عن يحيى (عن) (٢) ⦗٢٥٦⦘ عبد الرحمن بن (البيلماني) (٣) قال: قال أبو بكر (الصديق) (٤) فيما يوصي به عمر: من أدى الزكاة إلى غير ولاتها لم تقبل منه (زكاته) (٥) وصدقته، ولو تصدق بالدنيا جميعا (٦).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Al-Bailmani that the will which Hazrat Siddiq Akbar made to Hazrat Umar was this: Whoever gives zakat to anyone other than the rulers, his zakat will not be accepted even if he gives the whole world in zakat.
