Hadith 10482
١٠٤٨٢ - حدثنا عبدة عن عائشة عن الحسن قال: أربع إلى السلطان: الصلاة والزكاة والحدود (والقضاء) (١).
Hasan says that four things are the right of rulers: leading the prayer (Imamat), zakat, enforcing the prescribed punishments (hudood), and passing judgment.
