ما قالوا في مال اليتيم زكاة، ومن كان يزكيهIs zakah due on the wealth of an orphan? If so, who pays it?
Hadith 10403
١٠٤٠٣ - حدثنا وكيع عن موسى بن عبيدة عن عبد اللَّه بن دينار قال: (دعي) (١) ابن عمر إلى مال (يتيم) (٢) فقال: إن شئتم وليته على أن (أزكيه) (٣) (حولا) (٤) (إلى) (٥) حول (٦).
It is narrated from Abdullah bin Dinar that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) was asked to become the guardian of an orphan’s wealth, so he said: If you want me to become his guardian and pay its zakat every year (then it is fine, otherwise not).
