ما قالوا في مال اليتيم زكاة، ومن كان يزكيهIs zakah due on the wealth of an orphan? If so, who pays it?
Hadith 10397
١٠٣٩٧ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن محمد بن إسحاق عن الزهري قال: (قال) (١) عمر: ابتغوا لليتامى في أموالهم لا (تستغرقها) (٢) الزكاة (٣).
It is narrated from Imam Zuhri that Hazrat Umar Farooq said: Strive to pay the zakat of the orphans’ wealth in such a way that the zakat does not encompass all of their wealth (do not give away all of their wealth as zakat).
