ما قالوا في مال اليتيم زكاة، ومن كان يزكيهIs zakah due on the wealth of an orphan? If so, who pays it?
Hadith 10393
١٠٣٩٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا شريك عن أبي اليقظان عن ابن أبي ليلى أن عليًا زكى أموال بني أبي (رافع) (١) أيتام في حجره وقال: ترون (كنت) (٢) ألي مالا لا أزكيه (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abi Laila that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) took out the zakat from the wealth of Abu Rafi’s orphaned son, who was under his care, and said: What do you think, would I feed my children such wealth which I have not purified?
