Hadith 10025
١٠٠٢٥ - حدثنا يزيد قال: أخبرنا المسعودي عن (المهاجر) (١) (أبي) (٢) الحسن عن عطاء بن يسار قال: لم يكن رسول اللَّه (ﷺ) في شهر أكثر صيامًا منه في شعبان وذلك أنه تنسخ فيه آجال من يموت في السنة (٣).
Hazrat Ata states that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to fast the most in the month of Sha'ban. The reason for this was that in this month, the time is recorded for those people who will pass away in that year.
