1
بَابٌ في ذِكْرِ الْخَوَارِجِ
Chapter: Mention of the Khawarij
2بَابُ : فِيمَا أَنْكَرَتِ الْجَهْمِيَّةُ
Chapter: Concerning what the Jahmiyyah denied (i.e., seeing Allah in the Hereafter, etc.)
3بَابُ : مَنْ سَنَّ سُنَّةً حَسَنَةً أَوْ سَيِّئَةً
Chapter: One who introduces a good or evil practice
4بَابُ : مَنْ أَحْيَا سُنَّةً قَدْ أُمِيتَتْ
Chapter: One who revives a Sunnah that had died out
5بَابُ : فَضْلِ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ
Chapter: The virtue of one who learns the Qur'an and teaches it
6بَابُ : فَضْلِ الْعُلَمَاءِ وَالْحَثِّ عَلَى طَلَبِ الْعِلْمِ
Chapter: The virtue of the scholars, and encouragement to seek knowledge
7بَابُ : مَنْ بَلَّغَ عِلْمًا
Chapter: He who conveys knowledge
8بَابُ : مَنْ كَانَ مِفْتَاحًا لِلْخَيْرِ
Chapter: One who opens the door to good
9بَابُ : ثَوْابِ مُعَلِّمِ النَّاسِ الْخَيْرَ
Chapter: The reward of the one teaching the people the good
10بَابُ : مَنْ كَرِهَ أَنْ يُوطَأَ عَقِبَاهُ
Chapter: He who dislikes having people walk behind him
11بَابُ : الْوَصَاةِ بِطَلَبَةِ الْعِلْمِ
Chapter: The directive regarding seekers of knowledge
12بَابُ : الاِنْتِفَاعِ بِالْعِلْمِ وَالْعَمَلِ بِهِ
Chapter: Gaining benefit from knowledge and acting in accordance with it
13بَابُ : مَنْ سُئِلَ عَنْ عِلْمٍ فَكَتَمَهُ
Chapter: One who is asked about knowledge but conceals it
