´It was narrated that Fatimah bint Qais said:` "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prayed one day, and ascended the pulpit, and he never used to ascend it, before that, except on Fridays. The people were alarmed by that, and some were standing and some were sitting. He gestured to them with his hand, telling them to sit. (Then he said:) 'By Allah, I am not standing here for something that will benefit you, an exhortation or warning. Rather Tamim Dari has come to me and told me something that prevented me from taking a rest because of the joy and delight (I felt), and I wanted to spread that joy among you. A cousin of Tamim Dari told me that the wind drove them to an island that they did not know, so they sat in the rowing boats of the ship and set out. There they saw something black, with long eyelashes. They said to it: "What are you?" It said: "I am Jassasah," They said: "Tell us." It said: "I will not tell you anything or ask you anything. Rather there is this monastery that you have looked at. Go to it, for there is a man there who is longing to hear your news and tell you news." So they went there and entered upon him, and they saw an old man firmly shackled, with a sorrowful appearance and complaining a great deal. He said to them: "Where have you come from?" They said: "From Sham." He said: "How are the Arabs faring?" They said: "We are from among the Arabs. What do you want to ask about?" He said: "What has this man done who has appeared among you?" They said: "(He has done) well. He made enemies of some people, but Allah supported him against them and now they have become one, with one God and one religion." He said: "What happened to the spring of Zughar?" They said: "It is good; we irrigate out crops from it and drink from it." He said: "What happened to the date-palms between 'Amman and Baisan?" They said: "They bear fruit every year." He said: "What happened to the Lake of Tiberias?" They said: "It overflows because of the abundance of water." He gave three deep sighs, then he said: "If I were to free myself from these chains, I would not leave any land without entering it on these two feet of mine, except for Taibah, for I have no way to enter it." The Prophet (ﷺ) said: 'My joy is so great. This (Al-Madinah) is Taibah, and by the One in Whose Hand is my soul, there is no narrow or broad road in it, or any plain or mountain, but there is an angel (standing) over it with his sword unsheathed, until the Day of Resurrection.'"

Brief Explanation
1؎: And the Dajjal will be prevented from coming there. In another narration, it is mentioned that the Dajjal will come up to Mount Uhud, then the angels will turn him away. In the narration of Sahih Muslim, it is mentioned that the man bound in chains said: "Tell me about the state of the unlettered Prophet (meaning the unlettered one)." We said: "He has left Makkah and gone to Madinah." He said: "Did the Arabs fight against him?" We said: "Yes, they fought." He said: "Then what did the Prophet do with them?" We informed him that he had prevailed over the Arabs around him and they had accepted obedience to this Messenger (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam)." He asked: "Has this happened?" We said: "Yes, it has happened." He said: "Know that it is better for them that they obey him. As for myself, I will inform you about my own state: I am the Masih Dajjal, and the time is near when I will be permitted (by Allah) to emerge. However, except for Makkah and Taybah (Madinah), I will not leave any settlement where I will not go. Both of them are forbidden to me. Whenever I will try to enter either of them from any direction, an angel with a drawn sword will prevent me, and at every path there are guardian angels." After saying this, the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) struck his staff on the pulpit and said: "Taybah is this, meaning Madinah. And had I not told you about the state of the Dajjal, that he will not enter Madinah?" The people said: "Yes, you had informed us." Then he (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said: "He is in the sea of Sham, or the sea of Yemen. No, rather towards the east," and he pointed with his hand towards the east. Benefits and Issues:

Our esteemed researcher has declared the rest of the narration, except for the underlined sentences, to be authentic, and has further written that the hadith of Sahih Muslim (2942) suffices for this.
Shaykh al-Albani rahimahullah has also declared the rest of the narration, except for the underlined words, to be authentic. Therefore, the mentioned narration, except for the underlined words, is actionable and a valid proof.
And Allah knows best.

The Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would sometimes explain necessary matters after Fajr, for example:
the interpretation of dreams, etc.
However, it was not his practice to deliver a sermon from the pulpit after Fajr.

The reason for the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam being pleased is that he too used to warn about the Dajjal.
The incident of Tamim al-Dari radi Allahu anhu further confirmed this.
In Sahih Muslim, these words are found:
“He told me something that agrees with what I used to tell you about the Masih al-Dajjal.” (Sahih Muslim, Al-Fitan, Chapter: The Story of al-Jassasah, Hadith: 2942)

Regarding al-Jassasah, these words are found in Sahih Muslim:
“Her body was so covered with hair that due to the abundance of hair, it was not possible to discern her front from her back.”

‘Amman and Baysan are two cities of al-Sham (Greater Syria). ‘Amman is the capital of present-day Jordan.

Zughar is a city in al-Sham.
There is a spring near it.
The Lake of Tiberias is in al-Sham.

The Dajjal will not be able to enter Madinah Munawwarah, but there will be three earthquakes in Madinah, and all the disbelievers and hypocrites present in Madinah will leave Madinah and join the Dajjal. (Sahih al-Bukhari, Al-Fitan, Chapter: Mention of the Dajjal, Hadith: 7124)

The Dajjal will also not enter Makkah Mukarramah. (Sahih Muslim, Al-Fitan, Chapter: The Story of al-Jassasah, Hadith: 2942)

Hadith Commentary: Benefits and Issues: The noble Companions (radi Allahu anhum ajma'in) who performed Qiran Hajj with the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) performed the sa'i along with the Tawaf al-Qudum, and then did not perform the sa'i again after the Tawaf al-Ifadah. If they were unable to perform the Tawaf al-Qudum, then they performed the sa'i after the Tawaf al-Ifadah. However, those who were performing Tamattu' performed the sa'i again after the Tawaf al-Ifadah. The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) and other affluent Companions were Qarin, therefore, they performed only one sa'i. The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) performed three tawafs: Tawaf al-Qudum, Tawaf al-Ifadah, and Tawaf al-Wada', but performed only one sa'i.
