´It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:` “The first signs to appear will be at the rising of the sun from the west and the emergence of the Beast to the people, at forenoon.’” 'Abdullah said: "Whichever of them appears first, the other will come soon after." 'Abdullah said: "I do not think it will be anything other than the sun rising from the west."

1؎: That is, among those signs which are contrary to the natural order, because the first sign is the appearance of Mahdi (alayhis salam), then the descent of ‘Isa (alayhis salam) from the heavens to the earth, then the emergence of Dajjal, then the emergence of Ya’juj and Ma’juj, and regarding Dabbat al-Ard there is a difference of opinion as to whether it will emerge before or after the rising of the sun; ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr (radi Allahu anhuma) held the view that it will emerge after the sun rises, while others said it will emerge before that. In any case, among the heavenly signs, the rising of the sun is the last sign, and among the earthly signs, the emergence of Dabbat al-Ard is the first. Some have said that the first sign of the Hour is the emergence of Dajjal, then the descent of ‘Isa (alayhis salam), then the emergence of Ya’juj and Ma’juj, then Dabbat al-Ard, then the rising of the sun from the west, because with the rising of the sun, the door of faith will be closed, and during the era of ‘Isa (alayhis salam) many disbelievers will accept Islam, to the extent that there will be only one religion throughout the world. «والحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات» .
Jabir bin'Abdullah (RA) is reported to have said: Neither Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) nor his Companions circumambulated the Ka’bah and ran between al-Safa and al-Marwah but once (sufficing both for Hajj and 'Umrah). But in the hadith transmitted by Muhammad bin Bakr there is an addition: "That is first circumambulation."

Hadith Commentary:Benefits and Issues: The noble Companions (radi Allahu anhum ajma'in) who performed Qiran Hajj with the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) performed the sa'i along with the Tawaf al-Qudum, and then did not perform the sa'i again after the Tawaf al-Ifadah. If they were unable to perform the Tawaf al-Qudum, then they performed the sa'i after the Tawaf al-Ifadah. However, those who were performing Tamattu' performed the sa'i again after the Tawaf al-Ifadah. The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) and other affluent Companions were Qarin, therefore, they performed only one sa'i. The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) performed three tawafs: Tawaf al-Qudum, Tawaf al-Ifadah, and Tawaf al-Wada', but performed only one sa'i.

Abu zurah said: A group of people came to Marwan in Madina, and they heard him say that the first of the signs to appear would be the coming forth of the Dajjal (Antichirst). He said: I then went to Abdullah bin Amr and mentioned it to him. He did not say anything (reliable). I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: The first of the signs to appear will be the rising of the sun in its place of setting and the coming forth of the beast against mankind in the forenoon. Whichever of them comes first will soon be followed by the other. Abdullah who used to read the scriptures (Torah, Gospel) said: I think the first of them will be the rising of the sun in its place of setting.

Benefits and Issues: Benefit: The emergence of the Beast is one of the important signs before the Day of Judgment. The appearance of a specific animal that will speak to people is an absolute truth, and in the Noble Qur’an, Allah says: When the word (of punishment) is fulfilled against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that will speak to them, because people did not believe in Our signs. (An-Naml 83) .
In some narrations, this animal has been interpreted as “Jassamah.” And Allah knows best.
For details, see Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Qurtubi, etc.
Benefit: Only that faith is beneficial and accepted which is in the unseen; after witnessing the realities of the Hereafter, faith will not be of any benefit in any way.
Even in the Hereafter, the disbelievers will say: (رَبَّنَاۤاَبْصَرْنَاوَسَمِعْنَافَارْجِعْنَانَعْمَلْصَالِحًااِنَّامُوْقِنُوْنَ) “O our Lord, now we have seen and heard, so send us back that we may do righteous deeds; now we are certain.” But returning to the world will not be possible.
