Benefits and Issues:

Our researcher has declared the mentioned narration weak in terms of its chain of transmission, whereas Shaykh al-Albani rahimahullah has declared it authentic based on other supporting evidences.
For details, see:
(al-Silsilah al-Sahihah, no. 623)
Therefore, one should marry widows and divorced women as well, but if both a widow and a virgin are available for marriage, then preference should be given to the virgin, especially when the man is young.

The meaning of "sweet of speech" is that they possess more modesty (haya), and thus strive more to please their husbands and avoid speaking in a harsh tone.
Some scholars have explained it to mean that their saliva is sweeter.

A woman who has already lived with one husband and has had children with him is now expected to have fewer children with her new husband, whereas after marrying a virgin girl, all the children she bears will be from this husband.

Contentment (qana‘ah) is a good trait; a woman who possesses this quality will prove to be a good wife.
